
About the project
The TAMA 38 project is located at Yam Suf 13 on the border of Ramat Eshkol and Sanhedria Murchevet.
At the end of the building process, the apartment owners will benefit from an extension to the existing apartment; two additional rooms, one of them a secure room, and a Sukkah porch for each apartment. As well during the course of the project, the building will be renewed to the highest and most stringent standards that exist today in the building industry, to a very high technical specification. The building will be strengthened against earthquakes; will receive a new and improved exterior and will include an extra two storeys with new and beautiful apartments, an elevator, and a renovated and landscaped garden, to the full satisfaction of the apartment’s owners.
