About the project

A boutique building located on the border between the prestigious neighborhoods of Ramat Eshkol, Sanhedria and the Sanhedria Murchevet. The project is adjacent to the “Sanhedrin Garden” – a well-kept grove of trees immersed in a quiet green garden with a group of ancient burial caves hewn in hard rock from Second Temple days.

As part of the TAMA 38 project, the building will undergo a significant upgrade that includes an addition of approximately 25 square meters for each existing apartment, and a sukkah balcony. Interior and exterior renovation of the building, entrance floor, addition of an elevator and an upgrade and fixing up the garden.

The project will be carried out according to the highest standards, at the end of which the tenants will enjoy the expansion of the existing apartments in addition to a security room and a sukkah balcony for each apartment, a modern and luxurious facade and the addition of 2 new floors to the building.
