About the project
The building is currently comprised of 16 apartments, and is situated on the border of the desirable Ramat Eshkol and Sanhedria neighborhoods. The project will provide a significant overhaul to the building, starting with 25 metre extension for each existing apartment plus a Sukkah porch.
Furthermore the building and lobby will be redesigned internally and externally, an elevator installed and an upgrade and landscape of the garden.
At the end of the project the owners will have all the benefits of a completely new apartment building.
