About the project

The project is located in the center of Jerusalem, close to public transportation to all parts of the city and the country. As well as close to the Sanhedria neighborhood and the “Sanhedrin Garden” – a well-kept grove of trees immersed in a green and quiet garden with a group of ancient burial caves hewn in hard rock. The project is therefore highly sought after.

This project includes an addition of 2 floors to the building with penthouses and luxurious apartments for sale. Also there will be an upgrade to the existing apartments, – expanding them by about 25 square meters, adding an extra room and a sukkah balcony, as well as an internal and external upgrade to the building’s appearance and garden care.
